When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, organisation if supplied, the subject of your enquiry and your message. Our website host may also create routine technical logs needed to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use this information to read, manage and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: it is necessary for us to communicate with people who contact Mission Pointers about our work. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we may also need the information to take steps at your request before entering that contract.
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered to Mission Pointers through Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers where this is needed to operate the website and email service, or where the law requires us to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as they are needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship and meet relevant administrative or legal obligations. We review retained enquiries and remove information that is no longer needed.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate legal safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.
